How do you deal with "No-Shows"?

No-shows will be billed in full for the reserved service. If you're late, waiting time may apply. To avoid extra charges, you must call Raffi at 781-727-3671

What if I need to cancel my reservation?

Hourly services may be cancelled up to 7 days before the trip, and airport runs and general pick-ups in sedans or SUVs have a 24-hour advance cancellation policy.

What do I do if my flight gets canceled?

If your flight gets canceled, you may

cancel your reservation no later than 4 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.
